After designing your entire property and developing the full 3D model, we arrive to stage the space, guide the photographer, and create high-quality digital assets for your social media and listing launch. You walk away with a thoughtfully styled property, a cohesive photoshoot, and a complete set of launch-ready visuals—so your rental goes live with clarity, confidence, and intention.

  • Visualize is designed for hosts, investors, and designers who already have their furniture and finishes selected but want certainty and clarity before moving forward. We take a Matterport scan of your property, collect your selected furniture and finish links, and in under a week transform it into a 3D model with photorealistic renderings, allowing you to see the finished product and make changes before purchasing any materials or beginning installation. This process removes guesswork, gives your trades total clarity of what the end product needs to look like, and provides high-quality visuals you can use to market and launch your property before professional photos are complete.

  • Curate is a virtual design service for those who want a fully hands off approach, removing the overwhelm of making every design decision themselves. We lead the creative direction from start to finish, selecting furnishings, finishes, and fixtures that feel timeless, elevated, and intentionally guest-centered. First we complete a Matterport scan of your property, next we make all the design selections and build it in 3D, and last we hand you the detailed installation guide, order list, and realistic renders for you or your installation team to bring the design into reality.

  • Launch is designed to ensure your property shows up exactly as intended when it goes live. We spend four days on-site staging the space for photography, guiding the photoshoot, and capturing high-quality content that translates beautifully across listing platforms and social media. This service focuses on presentation, storytelling, and visual cohesion—so your property launches with clarity, confidence, and a strong first impression, without requiring full-service installation.

  • For our Visualize service, it will take us less than a week to complete your 3D model and realistic renders once we have your Matterport scan and design selections.

    Our Curate service takes an average of 7 weeks to complete. Time will vary based on the complexity of the scope.

    Our Launch service will be a 4 day event where we will do final staging, coordinate your photoshoot, and capture tons of raw content for your socials as you go live. The content we curate for you will be ready within 2 weeks after the photoshoot.

  • The earlier, the better. It’s easier to delay ordering over expediting the design process.

  • If we are designing the project - then you need to provide nothing! We will schedule a matter-port scan to take place at the property and we build it from the measurements they provide. If it’s a new build and the property doesn’t exist yet, we will just need your architectural drawings from your builder.

    If we are not designing the property, we will still schedule a matter port scan or construction documents to accurately build the model. We will then need all your furniture and finish selections to build into the model so you can view your complete property digitally before spending a dollar on furniture and renovations.

  • The 3D model will be built with your exact property dimensions, finishes, and furniture. You will get to see realistic, to-scale renderings of what the property will look like before you buy a single thing.
