You walk away with a thoughtfully styled property, a cohesive photoshoot, and a complete set of launch-ready visuals—so your rental goes live with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Renderings are designed for hosts, investors, and designers who are looking to raise capital, take reservations, and begin telling the story of their property before they even begin building. We take a Matterport scan of your property, collect your selected furniture and finish links (if we are not doing the design for you,) and transform it into a 3D model with photorealistic renderings, allowing you to see the finished product and make changes before purchasing any materials or beginning installation. This process removes guesswork, gives your trades total clarity of what the end product needs to look like, and provides high-quality visuals you can use to market and launch your property before professional photos are complete.
Studio Host offers a virtual design service for those who want a fully hands off approach to design, removing the overwhelm of making every decision themselves. We lead the creative direction from start to finish, selecting furnishings, finishes, and fixtures that feel timeless, elevated, and intentionally guest-centered. First we complete a Matterport scan of your property, next we make all the design selections and build it in 3D, and last we hand you the detailed installation guide, order list, and realistic renders for you or your installation team to bring the design into reality.
Launch is designed to ensure your property shows up exactly as intended when it goes live. We spend four days on-site staging the space for photography, guiding the photoshoot, and capturing high-quality content that translates beautifully across listing platforms and social media. This service focuses on presentation, storytelling, and visual cohesion—so your property launches with clarity, confidence, and a strong first impression, without requiring full-service installation.
Your 3D model and realistic renders will take approximately 1 week to produce once we receive the Matterport scan and all your furniture and finish selections.
Yes we will provide you a floor plan with your selected furniture placed within it so you can see accurate spacing, traffic patterns, and sizing before you spend thousands.
Our end deliverable to you will include all necessary floor plans, finish plans, lighting schedules, elevations, and realistic renders so your installation team will not have to ask you a single question about how to install your property properly.

After designing, launching, and operating dozens of high-performing vacation rentals, we saw a gap in the industry—spaces that looked good online but failed to feel good in real life.
